“Next Summer” is the second single off of Choir Of Young Believers‘ debut album, This Is For The White In Your Eyes (Ghostly). Its first verse, with its shaker percussion, comes from some dim corner of Fleet Foxes’ cabin, only to have the chorus crash in through the ceiling, bathing everything in light, drums and violin crescendos. Frontman Jannis Noya Makrigiannis and his ensemble, performing the single here with a full orchestra, are currently touring in their native Denmark and awaiting the album’s August release.
