Self-described Bay Area burnouts Josh Alper and Glenn Donaldson are the Art Museums, and they spent the summer of ’09 recording music that could have easily fit in on radio 40 years ago. Check out the lo-fi jangle and vocal harmonies on “Sculpture Gardens,” off the band’s debut album, Rough Frame (Woodsist), which is set to come out sometime in 2010.
