Philadelphia’s Drink Up Buttercup is issuing its first album, Born And Thrown On A Hook (Yep Roc), on March 23. Between having a track remixed by Andrew W.K., earning early praise for performances at CMJ and SXSW and the upcoming release of its Bill Moriarty-produced debut, the band is ready for a busy 2010.
