On August 2, Merge Records is kicking off its reissue campaign of all four of Archers Of Loaf‘s studio albums with the release of the band’s excellent 1993 debut, Icky Mettle. The re-release has been remastered and comes with bonus material (including The Greatest Of All Time EP) and liner notes by the dean of American rock critics, Robert Christgau.
