The awesomely named We Were Promised Jetpacks‘ new album, In The Pit Of The Stomach, is due out October 4 via Fatcat. The Scot rockers recorded the sophomore effort over three weeks at the Sigur Rós studio in Iceland last winter. Album track “Act On Impulse” features the heavy, booming drums and fuzzy, buzzing guitars that WWPJ has refined on its many tours across the world.
