The Bats are a New Zealand outfit that’s had an almost 30-year career. From playing in dive bars in the ’80s to touring with Radiohead to gaining international and local fame, the Bats are impressive indie-rock pioneers. Their eighth album is Free All The Monsters (Flying Nun), and they just released a video for the title track. “Free All The Monsters” tells the story of three young children who encounter an alien spaceship and are whisked away on adventures involving a dinosaur creature.
