On July 17, EMI will honor the Smashing Pumpkins with the reissue of the band’s 1994 album Pisces Iscariot. The release will be available in multiple configurations, which will each include the original, remastered tracks along with previously unreleased or alternate versions Roxy Music is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year with the release of a career-spanning, 10-disc boxed set. The Complete Studio Recordings contains the band’s eight studio albums, each digitally remastered, as well as two bonus discs of non-album singles, b-sides and remixes. It will be released by Virgin/EMI on August 28 … Dance Again…The Hits is the first-ever best-of album from Jennifer Lopez, spanning her career from 1999-2012. Due out via Epic Records on July 24, it features two brand-new tracks as well as a deluxe edition containing a bonus DVD of music videos. JLo will join Enrique Iglesias and Wisin Y Yandel on tour this summer … As part of Concord Music Group’s Stax Remasters series, Booker T. & The MGs’ 1962 album Green Onions will be reissued on July 24. The release celebrates the record’s 50th birthday and includes two bonus tracks … Rhino Records will issue David Sanborn’s very first retrospective album, Then Again: The David Sanborn Anthology, on July 31. The double-disc record features 29 tracks chosen by Sanborn himself, spanning his 20-year career.
