The Portland, Ore.-based Americana rockers in Quiet Life are anything but quiet on “San Luis Obispo,” off WildPack (out October 29 via Mama Bird Recording Company). The harmonica, the easy-rocker attitude and the band’s general disheveled look are reminiscent of A.M.-era Wilco.
