Upon first listen to Shabazz Palaces‘ “#CAKE,” it may take a minute to realize the entire song is about eating cake. The new video for the track looks very serious and dark, showing shots of the streets, old structures and someone falling from what looks like an extremely high height. The clip and the song together is a little confusing, but that doesn’t mean it’s not entertaining and very well done. Check it out below.
