Generally, the only night running you do in Camden, N.J., is when you’re being chased by someone who probably isn’t pursuing you to compliment you on your new sneakers. But Beck and Cage The Elephant brought their “The Night Running Tour” to the BB&T Pavilion, right across the Delaware River from our hometown of Philly, and they also had with them Spoon and Sunflower Bean.
