Since forming in 2002, the Black, out of Austin, Texas, has become widely recognized as one of the best young outfits in garage rock. The band has a ‘60s pop/rock feel with undertones of folk and blues that help round out its signature sound. The Black will be releasing its sophomore album, Sun In The Day Moon At Night (Moon), on October 12. However, for those of you who simply can’t wait until then, we have first single “Love Don’t Need A Reason” available for download now. It’s a wonderfully twangy rockabilly number that will not disappoint.
