The film From Straight To Bizarre, out on DVD via MVD on February 21, revisits this music and features interviews with many of the labels’ contributors … Concord Music Group will reissue Little Richard’s 1957 album, Here’s Little Richard, on April 17. The release features original demos, two videos and a never-before-heard interview with Specialty Records founder Art Rupe.
