Portland, Ore., pop duo Dresses (Timothy Heller and Jared Ryan Maldonado) sound like that band that catches your ear while shopping at Anthropology. The two dress the part. too, as seen in their new video for “Blew My Mind,” off debut album Sun Shy (SideOneDummy).
