The song, off I Am Very Far (Jagjaguwar), builds and builds over lo-fidelity shots of family vacations, swimming babies, laughing children, smiling relatives and all that is growing up. Will Sheff explains the lyrics “deal with a lot of different things and in a kind of disarranged way, but it felt to me like it was the sweetest moment on the record, a moment of nostalgia and tenderness and sunniness.” It’s an achingly sweet track sure to tug at your heart-strings.
