The video for “Bad Thing” is a mess, but there’s something glorious and undeniably artistic about it. The members of New York up-and-comer Ball Of Flame Shoot Fire each go about their own messy business, some cooking, some cleaning, some just hanging around. The band learns its efforts are an exercise in futility, though, since you can’t clean dirt and some things just shouldn’t be cooked, especially in a vat of paint. “Bad Thing” is pretty and peculiar, and Ball Of Flame Shoot Fire is worth checking out.
