Identical Canadian pop/rock twins don’t have the best record in pop music (or any record, for that matter), but Tegan And Sara always meant to change all that. On their sixth album (the recently released Sainthood) and still under 30, the duo might seem almost infuriatingly productive (especially in light of the massive success of 2007’s The Con). But we can’t hate, not when T&S release brilliant numbers like “Hell,” complete with its dry and quirky video, where the twins inhabit various paintings of cats.
