Old Crow Medicine Show has been producing some of the best modern Americana for more than a decade now but is only just releasing its first live DVD. Live At The Orange Peel And Tennessee Theater is out August 18, and this live version of “Down Home Girl” is so countrified it should come with a side of grits. Featuring the band onstage and vocalist Ketch Secor laying down one killer harmonica solo, this clip captures all the energy of OCMS’s live act.
