Music fan, MAGNET interviewee and Chicago Cubs TV play-by-play guy Len Kasper was invited onstage during the outstanding Minus 5/Baseball Project/Steve Wynn IV show at Marytrs’ in Chicago to introduce the Baseball Project’s “Harvey Haddix,” a song about perfect games that the band recently updated to include the White Sox’s Mark Buehrle, who tossed one earlier this season. To the band’s enjoyment, Kasper took the opportunity to help update a verse of a different Baseball Project song, “Past Time,” to mention a few Cubs in place of the Sox named in the tune.
