Apse formed a decade ago, and like any good band that’s been around that long, it has evolved musically from its first album, 2006’s Spirit, to its latest one, Climb Up (ATP). Climb Up isn’t as dark as Apse’s previous two LPs, and the New England-based group is now focusing more on vocals, which adds a whole new layer to its sound. A good example of this is “3.1,” the first video from Climb Up.
