If you can’t wait until January 26 to hear the new Beach House album, here’s the first download from the highly anticipated Teen Dream (Sub Pop). “Norway” was written on a train ride through the Norwegian mountains while a local TV station recorded the Baltimore duo. It gives us a taste of a slightly more revved-up Beach House, with underlying tribal beats, off-kilter guitars and fervent, breathy background vocals from Victoria Legrand.
