“Flash Delirium,” the debut video off MGMT’s second album, Congratulations (out Tuesday), is a trippy portrait vividly illustrating the band’s trademark synthesized-rock psychadelia. MGMT’s parade of absurdity mirrors its ironic lyrics and playful instrumentals. It’s kind of like a Halloween-themed family reunion at the Pentagon, complete with Hillary Clinton helmet-hair, eye patches and old people doing the Electric Slide. The track itself is so dance-worthy, it makes you want to join them.
