Canada’s Born Ruffians have the unique distinction of creating the first music video using footage recorded entirely from a vintage ’40s oscilloscope, an instrument used for viewing voltages in the sciences, medicine, engineering and telecommunications industries. Check out the result: “What To Say.” The song is the lead single from the trio’s sophomore album, Say It, which is out June 1 on Warp Records.
