The latest from the NYC-based Pains Of Being Pure At Heart is this video for the a-side of their new single, “Say No To Love/Lost Saint.” Directed by cute and quirky Mix Tape Club (TV On The Radio, Passion Pit), the video follows keyboardist Peggy Wang on an afternoon adventure. It perfectly captures the band’s brand of poptimism, set on a sunny summer afternoon complete with with ice cream, quick cuts, saturated colors, puppies and scratch animation that you can’t help but smile at. After its July appearance at Coney Island’s Siren Festival, POBPAH will head to Europe for a mini-tour to support the new single.
