In the video for “My Time,” off Omni (Dangerbird), Seattle’s Minus The Bear channel every Apple commercial made in the last decade, with stylish 20-somethings dancing and frolicking across a white screen while wearing primary colors. The band’s music sounds like a cross between Owl City and some early-’90s pop crooner like Seal, combining frontman Jake Snider’s smooth vocals with an omnichord for its looping video-game melodies and drum beats. It’s also worth mentioning that Snider looks like The Dude from The Big Lebowski.
