Believe it or not, even though New York quintet the Americans had Sean Lennon co-produce their sophomore EP, it’s pure coincidence that the release is titled The White EP. Along with co-producing, the late Beatle’s son lent his vocals to jaunty track “Requiem.” Daniel Merriweather also contributed to the six-song EP, out in February, and the five-piece will play several dates in select cities this fall in support of the release.
