On Aug. 8, 2009, the Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, N.C., set the stage for what would become the Avett Brothers‘ Live, Volume 3, a live CD/DVD chronicling the show. Live, Volume 3, out Tuesday, centers around a hometown performance, attracting more than 10,000 fans, where the Avetts drew from new songs off I And Love And You as well as classics from Four Thieves Gone, Mignonette, Emotionalism and more.
