Morrow hails from Bloomington, Ind., and just issued its self-titled debut via the Excursions Into The Abyss label. The trio has been compared to everybody from the Black Heart Procession and Nick Cave to the Constantines and Unwound, which, by our thinking, is a really good thing. The 12-track LP rocks out, albeit it in a dark, introspective way, with frontman Jarod Isenbarger ruminating on everything from religion to politics. It’s about damn time for these guys to get noticed! This song is but an awesome piece to a totally gnarly puzzle of rock! I can’t wait for more to come.
