Film At 11: Here We Go Magic

Here We Go Magic‘s sophomore album, Pigeons, came out this summer via Secretly Canadian, and the Luke Temple-led fivesome just made a video for “Casual.” It was directed by Nat Livingston Johnson and Gregory Mitnick (a.k.a. Peking), who have worked with the Brooklyn band in the past on the “Tunnelvision” and “Collector” videos. The clip for “Casual,” which features 12 gallons of blood and birth fluid from livestock, isn’t for the squeamish, and you might not want to watch it at work or around small children. Catch Here We Go Magic opening for Broken Social Scene next week in Ontario and Quebec.
