Former Vinyl Devotion frontwoman Shalini has followed up 2008’s The Surface And The Shine with the Magnetic North EP (Paisley Pop). It’s a six-track stop-gap as the singer/guitarist works on her upcoming full-length in her new hometown of Chicago. As always, pop of the power persuasion is the first and last order of business for Shalini, and she doesn’t disappoint on Magnetic North. Download the EP’s Cheap Trick-esque “Echo” below.
