Metric just released the eight-track Metric iTunes Session (Metric Music/Mom + Pop), which the band recorded last month while in L.A. to play Jimmy Kimmel. It contains both extended versions of fan favorites and stripped-down acoustic numbers with a string-quartet accompaniment, as well as a 30-minutes interview with the band. The highlight, however, is Metric’s cover of Buffalo Springfield classic “Expecting To Fly.” Check out the Christopher Mills-directed video for the song below.
