Hilariously bad. Finally one of these roots-ripping Wonder Bread bands creates something enduring. Bon Iver, Fleet Foxes, Animal Collective – you’re all bad, but you’ve never been uniquely so. These guys are just straining so hard, like a foreign exchange student miswielding American slang. I applaud their efforts.
