The first release features Caribou and Jacques Greene … I’m With You, the 10th studio album from Red Hot Chili Peppers, will be available August 30 via Warner Bros. … Beirut has announced the August 30 release of The Rip Tide (Pompeii), the band’s first LP in four years. Beirut is leading up to the release with numerous North American and European dates … Big Star’s Jody Stephens, Jon Auer and Ken Stringfellow joined up with Superdrag’s John Davis to pay their respects to the late, great Alex Chilton with the release of a live tribute EP, which will be available June 21 on Ardent Music … Fans of Dinosaur Jr can enter to win a chance to film and interview the band on June 25 in D.C. via the In The Hands Of The Fans video series. The deadline for submissions is June 19.
