For a band that makes music that’s such a perfect fit to accompany visuals, it’s hard to believe that until now, Explosions In The Sky has never made a video. “Last Known Surroundings” ends that dozen-year streak. The clip for the track, off Take Care, Take Care, Take Care (Temporary Residence), was directed by design studio Ptarmak. It utilizes illustrations by Sissy Emmons and animation by David Hobizal and took months to make.
