When a more popular artist has a machine behind him like William Elliot Whitmore obviously does, since he came out of nowhere to take the voting lead by thousands, there is no chance in the voting for the smaller guy. But just as important of a singer songwriter is Luther Russell and “The Invisible Audience.
If you’ve listened to Luther’s new album that came out today, you’d know what I’m talking about.
The Invisible Audience is AMAZING!!! and deserves every airplay, accolade and recognition as the top runner.

It is a joke…. Yeah, you can see the machine behind some artists… Bullshit… I heard some songs of COMMITTED…. SOOOO nice… Dark with horns….. Check!!!
Will deserves ever accolade, it’s not just ‘the machine’. He’s built up quite a fanbase just from his live shows.
I first heard him back in 05 when he toured with Clutch. Went expecting a full-on rock show….one man with his banjo walks on the stage, opens his mouth and quieted that room down real with that unreal voice and sincerity. He won over a crowd of meatheads with the quickness. Been a huge fan since and am going to see him play in Detroit this weekend. I love his albums, but seeing him live is just NECESSARY.
And he’s just a hell of nice guy too.
PS: I will check out these others because they come so highly recommended!
