Brooklyn singer/songwriter Kevin Devine‘s new album, Between The Concrete & Clouds, is due out September 13 via Razor & Tie/Favorite Gentlemen. He’s supporting the new LP with a tour that kicks off September 6 in Pittsburgh. Between The Concrete & Clouds is the first album Devine has made with a full band, and it was produced by longtime collaborator Chris Bracco and mixed by Rob Schnapf (Beck, Elliott Smith, GBV).
