The Phenomenal Handclap Band, which recently toured the U.S. with Bryan Ferry, has just released “Following,” the first single off sophomore album Form & Control (out January 31 via Tummy Touch Records). “Following” is a slinky, disco-esque number, with a European dance-club feel.
