In The News: Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Dandy Warhols, Horse Feathers, World Party And More

Grace Potter & The Nocturnals will hit the road this spring in support of fourth studio album, The Lion The Beast The Beat, which is slated for a release this summer via Hollywood Records and features a collaboration with Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys. The band plans to preview the new songs at its Coachella performance this April … This Machine is the new full-length from the Dandy Warhols, due out at the end of April from Beat The World Records. A worldwide tour in support will kick off that same month, starting in Norway on April 14 … Kill Rock Stars will issue Horse Feathers’ new record, Cynic’s New Year, on April 17 … On February 28, four of Carole King’s classic albums will be reissued by Concord Music Group and King’s Rockingale Records. Touch The Sky, Welcome Home and Simple Things will be released on CD in the U.S. for the first time, along with Pearls: Songs Of Goffin And KingTrans-Siberian Orchestra’s third rock opera, Beethoven’s Last Night, will be expanded as a two-disc deluxe edition featuring previously unreleased narration from live performances and a booklet of illustrations and lyrics. The Complete Narrated Version is out March 13 via Rhino, and the album will be performed by the band during its upcoming spring tour across the U.S. … The new LP from the High Strung, ?Posible O’ Imposible?, will be released April 17 … PS I Love You has announced the May 8 release of Death Dreams via Paper Bag Records … Arkeology is a five-disc collection of 70 previously unreleased tracks by World Party spanning 25 years. It’s out April 10.
