Green Day is currently in the studio recording an ambitious trilogy, which will be issued by Reprise Records. The first in the series, ¡Uno!, will be out September 25. ¡Dos! is due November 13, and ¡Tré! will be released in early 2013 … On June 19, Silver Jews will release Early Times (Drag City), a collection of tracks from the band’s Dime Map Of The Reef and The Arizona Record … The first-ever family-authorized documentary of the life of Bob Marley will hit theaters on Friday. The soundtrack to Marley will be available from UMe on Tuesday as a two-disc collection and a special three-LP vinyl set, containing songs handpicked by the Marley family and Chris Blackwell … The Tarnished Gold is the first new album from Beachwood Sparks in 11 years, due on June 26 via Sub Pop … After a 20-year hiatus, Public Image Ltd will issue This Is PiL via the band’s own label on May 28 … Rush returns June 12 with the release of 20th studio album Clockwork Angels on Anthem/Roadrunner Records … Concord Music Group’s latest installment in its Original Jazz Classics Remasters series will see the light of day on May 15. Moonbeams (Bill Evans Trio), Misterioso (Thelonious Monk) and The Quintet: Jazz At Massey Hall (Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Bud Powell, Max Roach & Charles Mingus) will all feature bonus tracks and new liner notes, along with 24-bit remastering by Joe Tarantino … Lungfish‘s A.C.R. 1999 will be released by Dischord on May 14 … Dean Martin: Collected Cool is the first and only career-defining boxed set for Dean Martin. It’s comprised of four discs featuring rare and previously unreleased material and is out June 12 via UMe. In other Martin news: NBCUniversal Television Consumer Products Group and Time Life will release a three-DVD set featuring The Best Of The Dean Martin Variety Show on May 22 entitled The Dean Martin Variety Show: UNCUT.
