Laetitia Sadier is an indie veteran. Whether it was her records with Stereolab or Monade or her more recent solo works, she’s been doing this a while, and “The Rule Of The Game,” off Silencio (Drag City), shows it. It’s atmospheric and intricate to a tee, but it also finds Sadier complaining about “the ruling class” and “over-indulged children.” The grainy footage of synchronized swimming matches her veteran style.
