In the video for “Eighth Avenue,” off Hospitality‘s self-titled debut (on Merge), the band tells the story of a dedicated girlfriend and pit-crew member of a race-car driver who learns her tears are magic fuel for her boyfriend’s power trip. The race-car driver, only interested in winning, loses the love and affection of his secret weapon at his own demise. Watch it below.
