Waves of feedback wash against the shores of “Moving On,” off Ouroboros (out September 24), much like literal ocean waves that start the video for the latest single from Oakland post/punk duo Steel Cranes. The song is a somewhat stilted jam. On the other hand, the clip, shot in and around Berkeley and Oakland, is a linear narrative; singer Tracy Shapiro moves from a seaside, graffiti-covered garbage world to the the streets of the band’s hometown.
