Singer/songwriter Vincent Colbert, based out of Ann Arbor, Mich., prepares for the January release of his new album Stranger In My House by issuing “Baseline.” Beneath the laid-back folky passages, the vocals simultaneously bring hope and despair, and the song is a strong example of Colbert’s tragic folk that he plays so well.
