Secret Friend is the stage name of Thailand singer/songwriter Steven Fox, and his music is coated in a similar kind of benevolent obscurity. New song, “I Don’t Know You” is a meandering piece of electro-acoustic music, ambiguous and quirky in instrumentation and lyricism (“She works at a Chinese takeaway/She smiled at me yesterday”). “I Don’t Know You” comes from Sleeper, which will be out August 14.
