When Jukebox The Ghost released its exuberant Live And Let Ghosts last April, you knew there was something wacky about the way their upbeat style encompassed both falling in love and impending doom … Something decidedly Tim Burton-esque? And then all was clear, that night at the Knitting Factory when the band covered “What’s This?” (from Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas), fusing it a little too seamlessly with a song of its own.
