The Swell Season‘s Marketa Irglova recently gave actor Jason Segel (How I Met Your Mother, Forgetting Sarah Marshall) some important tips on songwriting. “She said, ‘Just write a song from the heart,'” says Segel. “‘And include as much personal information as you can.'” From the looks of this clip from Segel’s suprise appearance at the Swell Season’s recent L.A. show, he may have taken this advice a little too literally.
