The Raveonettes’ latest release, In And Out Of Control (Vice), resulted in a handful of covers from the likes of new favorites like Amazing Baby and Dum Dum Girls. The latest reincarnation of a track from the Danish duo’s recent LP appears courtesy of Brooklyn’s Suckers. Turning “Boys Who Rape (Should All Be Destroyed)” from sharp-tongued pop into a slowed-down echo of Sune Rose Wagner’s lovelorn voice, Suckers manage to stretch out the song with atmospheric depth and surf-esque riffs.
