It’s hard to believe that the garage-band blitzkrieg that brought us East Coast indie-rock quintet the Walkmen was 10 years ago. Many of the harder-rocking groups that epitomized the movement like the Strokes and the Hives have faded like bad tattoos, while the distinct, yet vintage sound of the Walkmen has endured.
