Ex-Czars frontman John Grant issued his solo debut, Queen Of Denmark (Bella Union), earlier this year. He is backed on the LP by MAGNET fave Midlake, but it’s the frankness of Grant’s lyrics that really grabs your attention. Ewan Jones Morris and Casey Raymond directed the video for “Chicken Bones,” one of the LP’s standout tracks. The clip follows a less-than-super hero on his journey through the mean streets of Cardiff, Whales.
