Not many groups get compared to the legendary Tom Waits, but Mutts do, and justifiably so. Though the comparisons are flattering, the band decided to ditch the grit and amplification for third LP Object Permanence and go for a clean sound. The album, recorded live, makes Mutts sound like veteran artists with a fresh set of tools. Download album track “Prizefighter” below.
