MAGNET faves Priests just keep getting better and better. The Seduction Of Kansas (Sister Polygon), the latest album from the Katie Alice Greer-fronted quartet, is packed with the D.C. outfit’s strongest songs to date. Priests kicked off the first leg of their U.S. tour in support of Seduction with a show at Philly’s Boot & Saddle, and it was a blast of nonstop energy.
Berlin’s Gurr was a righteous touring partner, balancing controlled chaos and wild joy. Philly’s own Big Heet got the show off to a solid start with a steady, speedy attack.
MAGNET photographer Chris Sikich was there and was indeed seduced.
